AMBROSIA with honey, cream
1 / 4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 med orange, peeled and sliced
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 red apple, cored and diced
1 green apple, cored and diced
1 cup shredded coconut
Honey Cream Dressing recipe follows

Honey Cream Dressing:
1 / 2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Ingredients for 4 people
RAISIN-MARSHMALLOW SQUARES
1 package (10 ounces) marshmallows
1 / 4 cup butter
4 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups cornflakesCereal, lightly crushed
1 / 2 cup raisins
Line a 9 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil that extends beyond the edges. Butter the foil and set aside.
Melt in a large heavy skillet, marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the pan remove from heat. Add both cereals and raisins, stirring until combined. Strawberry Cream Dessert
1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers, split
1 package (8-oz) strawberry flavored gelatin

Reserve 2 strawberries for garnish, crush the remaining strawberries. Add topping and strawberry puree mounted, gently stir with a whisk until well blended. Refrigerator 10 minutes or until mixture is very thick and mounds. Spoon into pan lady fingers aligned. Refrigerator for 3 hours or until firm. Remove side of pan. Garnish with reserved strawberries.
